At Kaweco Fountain Pens, we want you to be fully satisfied with your writing instruments and home office accessories. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the pen, ink, or accessory in its original gift box and shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
